Time and again, our guests have inquired about our dining in options. And we get it!
While dining out is always an adventure, some nights you'd just prefer to stay in and relax. Starting in April, we will be featuring a local chef two nights a month, for an incredible dining experience, right here at our inn.
Cost per person: $150
A delicious 4-course offering served in our dining room or on the patio (weather permitting)
Choice of 2 entrees
Seating for up to 8 guests (so please reserve your table in advance)
Open kitchen so you can mingle with the chef
Beer, wine & spirits also available for purchase
Seating at 6pm

About the Chef:
Justin Smulski received his culinary training in Cambridge, MA at Le Cordon Bleu and cut his teeth at fine dining restaurants in Boston and Portland ME. He held roles as a chef, wine buyer, fishmonger, and caviar salesman before starting his own business as a freelance outdoor adventure photographer. His fine art prints have been featured at galleries in Portland and midcoast Maine. When he's not hosting private cooking classes or shooting photo assignments, you'll likely find him making risotto over a Jetboil in the backcountry or cramming too much wine into a canoe.
