A 50% deposit of the total charge is required to secure accommodations. For a one-night stay the entire charge is due at the time of booking.

All rates are double occupancy. We can accommodate additional guests in some rooms for a fee of $50 per night per person.
Minimum Stay Requirements
Reservations require a three-night minimum for major holidays; two-night minimum is required during July & August and most other weekends. If availability allows, a one night stay may be arranged, please call.
The Inn at English Meadows is a small boutique hotel. Therefore, we are significantly affected by cancellations and must adhere to a strict cancellation policy. For cancellations made more than 14 days before your scheduled arrival date your deposit will be refunded, less a $50 processing fee. For cancellations made 14 days or less prior to your arrival date you will be responsible for the full reservation unless we are able to re-book the room. We require 30 days cancellation notice for July, August, Major Holidays, Special Events and Christmas Prelude. We suggest you purchase trip insurance as cancellations may be unavoidable.
No Smoking Policy
We offer a non-smoking environment, guests who disregard our policy will be charged a $150 housekeeping fee for additional room cleaning.
Most rooms are not appropriate for children under 10 years of age. The Carriage House Suite, Serenity Suite and Bungalow can accommodate families. Special arrangements should be made in advance.
Pets can be accommodated for an additional fee of $30 per night in the Bungalow only. Pets cannot be left on the property unattended. Please keep your pet quiet and pick up after it. Plastic bags will be made available if needed. Any damage caused during your pet’s visit will be charged to your credit card. Dogs must be kept on a leash outside the property; there is a Kennebunkport leash law.
We ask that you refrain from using cell phones in the breakfast rooms and common areas.
